Q: Why I cannot activate my software?
A: Usually this is due to typing error when typing the key. Please double check each character carefully again.

In rare cases if an older version of software is used, the key validity check may fail on some computers. Please update the utility with the "Check for updates" feature in the menu, then activate again. If update the utility to latest version still got this problem, please provide your activation key to our customer service to check.

 

Q: Why It always pop-up the " The current user account does not have administrator rights to access system data! You have to activate again next time. " ?
A: Please check the login account, it need to have the Administrator rights because we have to write register information to your computer when activating the software.

 

Q: Why It always pop-up the " Your activation key is valid. Connection to server was not successful. Please try again later when your PC is connected to internet. ” ?
A: Please make sure your PC has connected to Internet and activate your software again. If your PC or your network environment have the firewall installed, please allow the TCP 8000 port to pass through. The application will activate your software with server through 8000 port.

 

Q: Why It always pop-up the " This key is activated too many times. Please contact customer service. " ?
A: This message will be pop-up when the activation limit for this serial number has been exceeded. You have to buy additional activation key, or you might need to deactivate your previous machine and activate another machine again.
